Itinerary
Day 1: Palomino Islands
You will be picked up from your hotel in Lima and driven to the port of Callao, to enjoy a cruise around the Palomino Islands, an unforgettable 4-hour trip. These islands are just 30 minutes from the center of Lima, aboard a comfortable cruising yacht, with sophisticated equipment, an experienced crew, restroom facilities and other comforts. This boat tour of the islands of Callao begins in the bay and continues at San Lorenzo Island, where Peru’s main naval base is located; Frontón Island, where a maximum security prison has operated since the 1980s; the Cabinza Islands, inhabited by many species of seabirds; and finally the main attraction, the Palomino Islands. Here, we will observe a colony of approximately 8000 thousand seals. You will have the chance to swim with the seals, wearing a Neoprene wetsuit and lifejacket, and of course accompanied and supervised by our experienced team.
