Itinerary:
Day 1: Chacaltaya and Valley of the Moon
The excursion will begin at around 08:00 am. We will head for Mount Chacaltaya, situated in the province of Murillo, 1½ hours from the city of La Paz. We will see the Cordillera Real mountains, Lake Titicaca and the city of Alto La Paz. We will then head for the Valley of the Moon, forty minutes away, to explore its impressive rock formations, carved by the natural erosion of the landscape.
